Warranty Policy

 

DAO (dead on arrival):

In the case that the product becomes faulty within 30 days of received, then the product is either repaired (priority repair) or exchanged directly or in the case that there is no suitable product for exchange, the defective product is refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping the faulty product our RMA center. The shipping expenses for the return are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping fees for the replacement are covered by our company.

 

Within warranty period:

After the 30 days, the faulty product is repaired. If the repair is not possible then the product is exchanged. If exchange is not possible either then refund is applied.Customer is responsible for shipping the faulty product our RMA center. The shipping expenses for the return are the responsibility of the customer.The shipping fees for the replacement are covered by our company.

 

Warranty exclusions:If the product has been damaged by the end user or if it has been otherwise modified or alerted then it’s out of warranty. To see our full warranty conditions, please contact us. The responsible person who decides if the product is within warranty or not, it’s the technical manager. In the case that the product is decided to be out of warranty, then proof is given the end user.

 

After the warranty period:If customer wishes, we can repair the out of warranty product. There is a diagnosis fee of €20. If the end user wishes to proceed with the repair, the diagnosis fee amount will be waived.
